This is the fastest growing & most sought after style of martial arts. It is so popular because unlike other martial arts, you don’t need to be incredibly flexible or strong to be effective at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We teach both, beginner and advanced B.J.J. classes at Extreme Martial Arts.
No Gi Grappling
Teaches you how to use your Jiu Jitsu techniques without the use of a uniform. In this class you will learn many of the submissions and sweeps made popular by MMA.
E.M.A. (Extreme Martial Arts):
A mixed martial arts self defense class that combines the strikes from modern Kickboxing and the self defense/ground techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This class is a great way to get in shape while learning to defend yourself and your family at the same time.
We teach both full contact and fitness kickboxing. Our cardio fitness class that is taught by martial artists to put you through a rigorous training. Focusing on toning the body and strengthening the heart & lungs, the Kickboxing class is a structured workout that never becomes routine.
